The Yacht Club Seborga is a public body in the Principality of Sabourg, responsible for the management of vessels, both from an administrative point of view and for the technical control of vessels registered in the Principality.
There are three types of members
- ordinary member
- honorary member
- sympathising member
Ordinary membership is obtained by obtaining the silver level e-resince car.
Each boat owner, digital resident, shall receive the official vignette of the Yacht Club Seborga to be placed alongside the registration plate of the country of actual registration and the flag of the Principality of Sabourg to be displayed on the boat he/she owns.
Honorary membership is obtained upon payment of an annual membership fee, by submitting a specific online application directly on the website. The same applies to the status of sympathising member.
This body is also responsible for the promotion of the nautical sector related to the pricipate, in particular the organisation of nautical events in the ports closest to the territories of the Priory of Sabourg and the Priory of the Chaplaincy of San MIchele in Ventimiglia.
Anyone can join the Yacht Club Seborga, the requirements are the possession of a boat of any type and the payment of entrance fees, which will be established year by year by the organisation’s administration.
