Article 18 of the Constitution and Ordinana Sovrava No. 6-2019 define the modalities of naturalisation. It requires the applicant to submit an affidavit or birth certificate proving the birth of the father or mother and grandfather or grandmother, or two generations, in the territories of the Principality of Sabourg.
All naturalisation requests must be made to the Secretary of State.
